What You’ll Do:
- Lead lighting retrofit projects from signed contract through final completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met
- Interpret project design intent and Prime Contract details to guide on-site execution
- Coordinate and motivate subcontractor crews to maintain productivity, engagement, and safety
- Conduct daily site walks, toolbox talks, and safety documentation with zero lost-time incidents
- Communicate proactively with project leaders, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
- Document meetings, calls, and field updates with clarity and consistency
- Monitor progress against budget and schedule, resolving issues before they escalate
- Ensure workmanship meets Energyficient’s standards and site audits pass on first review
- Deliver a professional, respectful customer experience that earns repeat business
- Continuously expand lighting and controls knowledge through training and peer collaboration

Skills We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma required; associates or bachlors degree preferred
- Previous experience in construction or related field
- Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, Word, Procore & mobile tech
- Strong time management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to walk long distances and manage multiple priorities
- OSHA-30 certified within 30 days of hire
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass background and drug screening
- Most importantly, a desire to travel and grow in the lighting industry
