Required Skills:
- Desire for travel and see the wonders of the USA! This position is 80% travel.
- Provide an excellent demeanor and personality to represent our company in front of customers
- Proficiency in the use of Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Strong time-management, dependability, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates must be extremely self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently
- The ability to walk long distances for multiple hours, if needed
- Experience in the use of I-Pad, Android and similar devices
- Deep desire to learn lighting and acquire the experience necessary to excel in this industry
Job Description:
The Lighting Auditor is an exciting entry level position, that provides the potential for advancement and growth within the company. Traveling 80% of your time throughout the U.S.A., leaving typically on Monday and returning by Friday. Weekend work is never required.
Your work will have you using a special I-Pad application to systematically walk through and survey our client’s facilities; identifying and documenting the existing conditions in terms of light fixture types, counts, controls, hours of operation, layouts, building dimensions, light levels, and additional data as needed to inform the design engineers in order to create a world class project design that wins sales.
Job Duties Include:
Travel to various locations, typically 2–4-night trips
Conduct Site Survey/Audits
The ability to coordinate and maintain your schedule based off upcoming audit schedule.
Booking travel arrangements, flights, car rentals, lodging based off upcoming audit schedule.
Processing / Distilling the data collected
Education:
High School Degree Required
Associates Degree Preferred
Other Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License
Pass Background Check & Drug Screening
Certified as OSHA-30 within 30 days of employment.
Desire to travel 80% of the time

Blues Dental insurance: $25 single $75 family deductible. Pays 100% for diagnostic and preventative, 80% for Basic services, 50% for everything else up to $2,000 per covered member
